Terms of Sale
These terms describe how we quote, produce and ship our standard solar power system kits. They apply to orders placed with us directly by email or WhatsApp. If a point here is unclear, ask us before you order. We would rather answer a question than fix a misunderstanding later.
We Are Not the Factory
Yoyang is a small, specialist export team based in China. We sell standard CCTV solar power system kits produced on a partner production line, and we say so openly. What you buy from us is a real, repeatable product with fixed specifications, a visual check before packing, and a person who answers your email.
- Four standard models only: YO-M8040, YO-P12060, YO-P12060-T and YO-P240120, all with the same DC 12V output and the same 5.5 × 2.1 mm plug
- No OEM, no private label, no custom logo: we do not rebrand systems
- No customised specifications: we do not rebuild systems to order
- No camera manufacturing: we supply the power system, not the cameras
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to orders placed with us directly, by email or WhatsApp. If you buy through a marketplace or another platform, that platform’s own buyer terms apply to the transaction on their side.
Nothing here replaces a written quotation or proforma invoice. Where a proforma invoice and this page differ, the proforma invoice governs the order it covers.
How an Order Is Confirmed
- Minimum order: 2 pcs. You can mix standard models inside one order, for example one YO-M8040 and one YO-P12060
- No custom orders. We do not accept orders for modified specifications, custom connectors or branded units
- Order confirmed when we issue a proforma invoice with the model list, quantity, unit price and lead time, and you confirm it in writing
- Load check: before you pay anything, send us your camera and router models and we will confirm which standard model suits them
Quotations, Currency and Validity
- Prices are quoted FOB China. The port of loading is stated in your quotation
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are in USD
- Prices cover the goods and export packing. They do not include freight, insurance, destination port charges, import duties or local taxes; those are the buyer’s responsibility
- Quotation validity: 14 days from the date of the quotation
- Larger quantities are quoted per enquiry. Volume orders may be quoted with a longer lead time rather than a shorter one
How Payment Is Arranged
Payment is 100% in advance, by T/T bank transfer. The full order value is payable before production starts; there is no deposit stage and no balance carried to shipment. The amount, the currency and the account to pay into are stated on the proforma invoice for your order.
A confirmed proforma invoice plus payment in full are what start production. Because the order is paid in full up front, there is nothing further to settle before the goods leave.
What “Typical Lead Time ~15 Days” Means
The ~15 days shown on this site is a typical production figure for standard models. It is counted from order confirmation and receipt of payment in full, and it ends when the goods are ready for dispatch.
It is a typical figure, not a contractual delivery date. Busy periods and larger quantities can take longer, and freight transit time is separate and depends on the carrier’s schedule. Where a date matters to your project, tell us at quotation stage and we will confirm what is realistic.
We do not carry standing stock of finished systems, so “typical” here describes production, not a shelf.
What Is Checked, and How Units Are Packed
Panel output verification
Panels are power-rated at the production line and verified against their rated wattage before assembly.
Battery pack integrity
18650 ternary lithium cells are charge/discharge tested; packs are checked for balance and capacity before leaving the line.
Visual & functional check
Every unit gets a visual inspection plus a controller power-on test before packing.
Packing for sea and land freight
Systems are packed for sea or land transport. Unit weights for freight planning: YO-M8040 10.0 kg, YO-P12060 16.0 kg, YO-P12060-T ≈16.0 kg, YO-P240120 42.0 kg.
Sea and Land Freight Only
Our systems contain lithium batteries. In our shipping experience these are not accepted for air freight, so we ship by sea or land. The battery cells are UN38.3 tested, and transport documents are available on request.
Along with the goods you receive a commercial invoice and a packing list. Import duties, taxes and any local clearance costs are the buyer’s responsibility; you may want to confirm the HS code with your own customs broker before ordering.
Panel 5 Years · Battery 2 Years
We support a 5-year warranty on the solar panel and a 2-year warranty on the battery, counted from the shipment date. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with the system installed and used as described in its specification.
Not covered:
- Impact or physical damage from handling, transport after delivery, theft, vandalism or animals
- Water ingress beyond the sealed battery box’s IP65 rating, or immersion
- Unauthorised modification, repair or parts substitution
- Incorrect installation, reversed polarity, or loads above the system limit of 60 W (5 A at DC 12V)
- Damage from lightning, storm, flooding or other events outside normal operating conditions
- Normal capacity fade of the battery over time, and consumable wear
To make a claim, send us your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. We will agree the remedy with you: in most cases replacement parts, and where that does not fit, a replacement unit.
Checking Your Goods
- Check the number of packages against the packing list before signing the carrier’s delivery documents
- If a carton looks crushed or opened, note it on the delivery documents and photograph it before unpacking
- Report visible damage, shortage or a wrong model within 7 days of receipt, with photos of the packaging and the unit
- Tell us the order number in the first message; it saves a round-trip
Returns and Cancellations
Because we sell standard models to an agreed specification, we do not accept returns for changed requirements, ordered-by-mistake quantities, or a change of mind after the specification was confirmed in writing.
If the goods do not match the specification confirmed on your proforma invoice, that is our responsibility and we will put it right. Returns are only accepted with our written authorisation, and goods sent back without it cannot be processed.
Limits of Our Liability
Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or site downtime. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to your order.
These terms are provided in English; where a translation is supplied for convenience, the English version governs. Governing law and disputes: these terms are governed by the law of China, and any dispute is referred to the court or arbitration seat named in the proforma invoice.
