What is your minimum order (MOQ)?
MOQ is 2 pcs. That’s intentional — we want you to be able to test one real system on site before committing to volume. Standard models mean the 100th unit is identical to the 2nd.
How long does delivery take?
Standard models ship from stock in Shenzhen. After payment, goods are typically ready in 3–7 days; total time to your door depends on sea/land freight schedules to your port. We’ll confirm the transit estimate on your PI.
Can lithium batteries be shipped by air?
No. All Yoyang systems contain lithium battery packs, which ship by sea or land only. Battery cells are UN38.3 tested, and the transport documents your forwarder needs are available on request.
Can I order just 1–2 units to test before a bigger order?
Yes — that’s exactly what the MOQ of 2 pcs is for. Order two, run one on a real site for a few weeks, and compare it against your wired/solar alternatives with real data.
What is the warranty?
Solar panel: 5 years. Lithium battery: 2 years. We provide warranty support directly — same person you ordered from, with spare-part and troubleshooting help.
Do you offer OEM / custom logo / custom specs?
No. We sell 13 standard models with fixed specifications and no custom branding. That’s how we keep stock ready, quality consistent and prices fair. Cameras are also not included — we only build the power side and help you match it.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms for export: T/T bank transfer (typical 30% deposit / 70% before shipment for new customers; flexible for repeat orders). Payment details and PI are provided with every confirmed quote.
