Shipping & Lead Time
How long production takes, what happens before your system leaves, how it travels, and what paperwork comes with it. Written so you can plan a site hand-over date around it.
Four Steps, No Surprises
Order confirmed
We confirm the model, quantity, unit price and lead time on a proforma invoice. Payment is 100% in advance by T/T bank transfer, and production starts once it arrives.
Produced to the standard spec
Your systems are produced to the fixed specification of the model you ordered: the same panel, battery, controller and connector as every other unit of that model.
Checked before packing
Panel output verified against rated wattage, battery packs charge/discharge tested, then a visual inspection and a controller power-on test on every unit.
Packed and dispatched
Packed for sea or land freight, with a commercial invoice and packing list. We confirm the loading date and the documents as soon as the goods move.
Why We Say “Typical” Rather Than “Guaranteed”
Three things genuinely move a lead time, and only one of them is under our control:
- Quantity. A 2-piece order and a 60-piece order are not the same job. Larger quantities are quoted with their own lead time
- Season. Production lines run busier in some months than others. If your date is tight, tell us at quotation stage and we will say what is realistic
- Confirmed specification. This one is under our control: we only ship what the proforma invoice says. If your requirements change after confirmation, the lead time restarts
We do not hold standing stock of finished systems, so the figure you see is production time, not a shelf you can take from today.
How the Systems Travel
Sea & land freight
- Our systems contain lithium batteries, which in our shipping experience are not accepted for air freight, so we ship by sea or land
- Battery cells are UN38.3 tested; transport documents are available on request
- Packing is prepared for sea and land transport, including palletised consignments
Terms & documentation
- FOB China: the port of loading is stated in your quotation
- Documents travelling with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the transport documents for the shipment
- Freight, insurance, destination port charges, import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
Unit Weights, for Planning Your Freight
Use these complete-unit weights when you request a freight rate. The YO-P240120 is a four-panel frame system and is palletised accordingly.
| YO-M8040 | 10.0 kg complete: 2 × 40W panels on a steel bracket |
| YO-P12060 | 16.0 kg complete: 3 × 40W panels on a steel bracket |
| YO-P12060-T | ≈16.0 kg complete: same power core, heavy-duty triangle bracket for pole mounting |
| YO-P240120 | 42.0 kg complete: 4 × 60W panels in a heavy-duty frame |
Weights are for complete units as shipped. Packing materials add to the consignment weight; ask us for the packed weight and carton dimensions when you request a rate.
